The Grand Californian’s Biergarten Dog of the Month Is Loaded!
Hello from Disneyland Resort!
We’ve spent the past few days here, checking out updates at the resort hotels, digging into new treats, and shopping for the latest arrivals.
But we’re still not done–let’s head to Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to try their dog of the month!
Hot Dog of the Month – GCH Craftsman Grill
A new month means a new hot dog at GCH Craftsman Grill!
And September has brought us the Biergarten Dog! The dish is $18.
The dog is a grilled bratwurst on a toasted marble rye, rolled with buttered sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard, and melted Swiss cheese.
It’s served with a Kosher pickle spear and a German potato salad with bacon, celery, and red potatoes.
The dog has a great bratwurst with a snappy casing. The melted Swiss cheese and buttered sauerkraut pair perfectly with the savory brat.
