Gordon Ramsay Brings a Taste of London to Downtown Disney
Downtown Disney continues to add amazing new dining experiences to its lineup. And ts latest restaurant is bringing a taste of London to Disneyland Resort.
Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is a new British-inspired restaurant combining some of the celebrity chef’s most recognizable dishes with a colorful ambiance and cool vibe inspired by London’s Carnaby Street.
A Taste of Swinging ’60s London

The Carnaby takes its inspiration from the music, fashion, and pop culture of 1960s London. Inside, guests will find plush seating, colorful British pop art, and a soundtrack filled with hits from the British Invasion.
There are plenty of places to settle in for a meal or drinks (or both)! Guests can grab a signature booth, sit at the bar, head outside to the back patio, or enjoy the restaurant’s large terrace overlooking Downtown Disney.

The lively setting makes The Carnaby feel like more than just another restaurant addition. The space was designed as a social hot spot for both Disneyland visitors and locals stopping by the district.
Gordon Ramsay Favorites

The vibe is amazing, but the food is even better!
The menu includes his famous Beef Wellington, served with potato purée, fresh herb salad, and red wine demi.

Guests can savor Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips with mushy peas, Bangers & Mash with Cumberland sausage and onion jus, or Cottage Pie made with beef short rib and a potato crust.
And make sure you save them for dessert because the Sticky Toffee Pudding is on the menu. The classic dessert features warm date cake, ice cream, and toffee sauce.

The Carnaby also goes beyond traditional British dishes. Branzino, Chicken Milanese, Chickpea Tikka Masala, a Wagyu burger, Caesar and Waldorf salads, and warm Parker rolls are a few extra choices.
One of the more unique offerings is the restaurant’s tableside prime rib cart and guests are loving it.. Prime rib is hand-carved and served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables, and au jus.
New Addition to Downtown Disney

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby adds another delicious option to Downtown Disney’s growing restaurant lineup.
Between the ’60s-inspired atmosphere, outdoor seating, cocktails, and a menu filled with Ramsay favorites, this new spot gives Disneyland guests plenty to check out.
