Disney ‘ZOMBIES’ Star Carla Jeffery Has Passed Away at 33
The Disney community is mourning Carla Jeffery, who has passed away at the age of 33.

Born July 10, 1993, in Houston, Texas, Jeffery began acting professionally at age 12.
Her film debut came in Phat Girlz, where she appeared alongside Oscar-winning actress Mo’Nique.
From there, Jeffery appeared in numerous television shows, including iCarly, Southland, Lie to Me, and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Disney Career and ‘ZOMBIES’
For Disney, she appeared in episodes of Good Luck Charlie, Shake It Up, and Best Friends Whenever.

Jeffery gained national attention when she was cast as Bree in Disney’s ZOMBIES franchise.
One of Addison’s closest friends, Bree is a member of the Seabrook High cheerleading team.

The role leaned into Jeffery’s passion for cheerleading, which began at the age of nine.

She would reprise her role in ZOMBIES 2, ZOMBIES 3, and ZOMBIES: The Re-Animated Series.
Jeffery’s Talent Agency Releases a Statement
News of Jeffery’s death was shared by her talent agency, which paid tribute to the young star.

“It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffery, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at just 33 years old,” they wrote.
“Carla joined the Alexanders Talent Management family at the age of 12. For more than 20 years, we had the privilege of watching her grow into a beautiful, vibrant, and incredibly talented woman whose radiant smile could light up any room.”
