To us, nothing kicks off a festival season quite like digging into as many dishes as humanly possible. And we fully intend on doing that today.
We’re off to a strong start, as we’ve already visited the Belgium booth, China booth, Mexico booth, Gyozas of the Galaxy, and Sunshine Seasons.

Okay…this is surprisingly good! The pork is moist (the only word that captures it–sorry) and flavorful, mixing well with the fries and cheese curds.

The gravy and aioli have slight spice (similar to Sriracha), but nothing overwhelming–it actually enhances the flavor.
The kimchi pickles have a nice, crispy, refreshing taste, pairing well with the other ingredients.

Overall, this is a great shareable snack or full meal at the festival! If you’re a poutine fan and appreciate South Korean flavors, this is a must-try!
