The New Dumplings Are a HIT at Gyozas of the Galaxy for EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival 2026
Today is the first day of the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival and we’re here in the park to check out all of the food, drinks, entertainment, merchandise, and more. There is so much to see and do, and we’re just getting started!

2026 Food & Wine Festival
Right now, it’s time to check out a returning booth with some new flair over in World Celebration. Let’s go!
Gyozas of the Galaxy
Gyozas of the Galaxy is located near Creations Shop in World Celebration, but on the side closest to World Discovery! It was a brand new booth last year, and we can’t wait to see what they’re cooking up for this year’s festival.

Menu
There are two new dumplings on the menu this year at this booth! We’ve also got a returning favorite from last year.

Let’s check out the new dumplings!
Food
First up, we’ve got the new Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings! These are chicken dumplings with basil pesto, fonduta, tomato confit, and balsamic for $5.99.

These were really tasty! We loved the flavor of the basil pesto combined with the balsamic.

The chicken inside was juicy and the flavors all work really well together. It tastes like Italy in a bowl!

Next, we’re trying the new Edamame Dumplings! These have butternut squash purée, caramelized onions, sage, and walnut-toasted garlic aillade for $5.29. It’s also a plant-based item!

If the previous dumplings were Italy in a bowl, then these are fall in a bowl! The butternut squash is the predominant flavor.

There was a hint of sweetness and the flavors all combine to make you feel like there should be a slight chill in the air (which definitely won’t happen in Orlando for a hot minute!).

Between the two new dumplings, we liked the Basil Pesto Chicken the best, but both are great!

Also on the menu here are the Street Corn-style Dumplings, which are chicken dumplings with tomatillo salsa verde, street corn salad, cotija, lime crema, and cilantro for $5.99. We really enjoyed these ones last year!

You can also get a glass of wine here — the Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris for $7.50.
Overall, this booth was a hit and we’d 100% recommend visiting on your trip during Food & Wine Festival!
