PHOTOS: New Construction Walls Erected in EPCOT’s Canada Pavilion
If you’ve been following along here at MickeyBlog, you know that Walt Disney World is in the midst of a historic transformation.
Over the past several months, The Most Magical Place on Earth has welcomed an impressive lineup of new attractions and experiences, including Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets, Bluey’s Wild World at Conservation Station, and the Walt Disney Studios Lot.

As we speak, construction is also underway on Piston Peak National Park, Monstropolis, and the new Tropical Americas land at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
EPCOT’s Refurbishments
While EPCOT has largely remained untouched by the wave of changes sweeping across Walt Disney World, the park has seen several smaller projects get underway, including the opening of La Poutinerie and work in the Germany pavilion.
Now, we can add another World Showcase pavilion to the list.
New Construction Walls in Canada
When visiting EPCOT this afternoon, we were able to see that new construction walls have been erected in the Canada pavilion.
The walls block the pathway between Le Cellier Steakhouse and Canada Far and Wide.
As you can see, they also obstruct the view of the pavilion’s gardens.
Here is a closer look at the construction.
Disney has been refurbishing portions of the back side of the Canada pavilion for several years now.
Hopefully, this latest round of work means the pavilion’s waterfall will finally begin flowing again.
For now, however, we will have to wait and see.
