More Halloween Decor & Pumpkins Have Sprouted at Magic Kingdom 🎃
Spooky season has certainly crept up on the Magic Kingdom this week, as the park’s annual fall transformation is officially underway!

Over the past few days, our reporters have been excitedly spotting all kinds of new Halloween details slowly starting to materialize around Main Street.
First, it was the signage advertising Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Then, just yesterday, we noticed gorgeous garlands had been hung from the train station, and a whole pumpkin patch of magical merchandise had finally arrived in the park’s stores!

Now, with the annual fall celebrations creeping ever-closer, we’re delighted to see that even more adorable additions have just sprouted around the Magic Kingdom’s entranceway.
Yes, it’s those iconic jack-o-lantern pumpkins, and they sure do look happy to be back!

It’s a Pumpkin Party!
Just look! We couldn’t have asked for a cheerier welcome into the Magic Kingdom this morning!

Sat right there in front of the train station is an adorable fall photo spot, featuring two pumpkins and their cheesy smiles.

They may be squashes, but they just seem to have so much personality, don’t you think?

Ok, well now we simply must go into the park and see if any more pumpkins have sprouted on Main Street!
August Never Looked So Autumnal!
Well, we’re delighted to report that the fall breeze has clearly swept right through to the castle, with the buildings of Main Street, U.S.A. looking full of seasonal spirit!

Select Main Street buildings are now adorned with leafy garlands and wreaths, shimmering in warm shades of orange, brown, and yellow.

We can see ribbons and tiny pumpkins dotted within the foliage, and it all looks so bright and festive!

It’s not just the buildings we have to talk about today, though, as the Magic Kingdom’s pumpkin population is back for 2026, too!

Anyone else love a good scarecrow in the fall?
Here we’ve got the town’s mayor…

…as well as his gourd constituents!

This scarecrow might have some problems making his pumpkin pie if he’s going to drop all his sugar like that!

While this scarecrow looks ready to welcome trick-or-treaters!

This guy is going to conduct the band…

…while she just looks happy to be here!

Last up is this scarecrow. What a way to catch a ball, right?
Good job, number 2!

Pumpkins wearing human clothes is great, of course, but if you prefer to be a human wearing pumpkin apparel, the Emporium is the place to head to!

While you’re walking down Main Street, we’d always recommend looking carefully inside the windows of the different buildings.

Not just the ones at street level, but the windows higher up, too!

Not only are these where you’ll find countless Disney Easter Eggs, but during different seasons in the parks you’ll no doubt be charmed by some extra-special décor, too!

The pumpkins we’re spotting today are all simply wonderful. Some are smiling, some are pulling funny faces, and all of them are fabulously artistic!

Look at this bat, and this cat!

There’s even an abstract elephant going on in this window.

Some of them match the buildings…

…while others are just there to make you smile!

Our faces when we saw the park this morning:

All we can say is that you’ll never be short of things to look at when you’re walking down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A!

If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog over the past few weeks, you’ll no doubt be aware that the first of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween parties is set to take place later this week on August 7th.

Tickets for the full season of party events are flying out faster than a spooked ghost, so if you’ve not purchased yours yet, we’d suggest you get right on it!

Even if you’re not planning on attending one of the after-hours events, you’ll still be able to admire the beauty of Magic Kingdom during Halloween time all through the fall here at Walt Disney World.

The garlands, the pumpkins, and the ribbons all help create the coziest autumnal atmosphere, so we can see why the fall is an ever-popular time to visit the resort!

While everything is looking ready for the season, we’re still expecting a few more different décor items to arrive over the coming days — including those iconic Mickey pumpkin wreaths!

As always, MickeyBlog will share everything with you right here on the blog, so be sure to keep following along!

In the meantime, we’re going to be standing here at the end of Main Street, dreamily looking down over the beautiful Cinderella Castle with all those funny pumpkins smiling alongside us.
There couldn’t be a brighter start to the morning, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the day has in store for us!
