June’s Hot Dog of the Month: “The Night Market Dog” – GCH Craftsman Grill

Lucky for us, they’re not too hard to find! Between seasonal eats (Halloween flavors are on their way and we can’t wait) and monthly specials, the resort is constantly debuting new bites for us to dig into. 

In fact, we started our day at the resort by drooling over the August flavors at Parkside Market Coffee!

And now, we’re heading to Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, where their new Hot Dog of the Month has arrived!

Aloha Bacon Dog – GCH Craftsman Grill

GCH Craftsman Grill’s Hot Dog of the Month is the Aloha Bacon Dog! We never miss the chance to try a new dog of the month–they’re usually unbelievable. 

Of course, this month’s dog is no exception. The Aloha Bacon Dog is $19 and is an all-beef hot dog topped with Maui onion aioli, applewood smoked bacon, mango-pineapple relish, crispy shallots, and fresh green onion, served on a toasted Hawaiian sweet roll. 

Are you kidding me?!

The dog is served with a side of crispy sweet potato fries, ranch, and chipotle ketchup. 

We highly recommend swinging by this month to splash into these flavors! You don’t want to miss this one.
