Another Heat Advisory is in Effect For Central Florida and Disney World!
Another day and more heat! If you are visiting the parks today, you are having an amazing time, but hopefully managing this extreme weather.
Yesterday, MickeyBlog reported on the first day of extreme heat and high temperatures, but they continue on today with an additional heat advisory.

According to the most recent weather advisory, dangerous heat and humidity are expected to create conditions that increase the risk of heat-related illnesses.
The area is expecting heat index values over 100°. The arning is in effect from 11 AM to 7 PM this evening. Hot temperatures and high humidity can lead to serious heat illnesses.

Looking ahead, high temps remain through the weekend, but clouds and storms should help keep things a bit more comfortable.

Even though it is hot, you can still enjoy your Disney vacation with a few precautions.

- Take frequent breaks indoors and take advantage of indoor attractions and shows
- Drink lots of water
- Use cooling towels, fans, or umbrellas
- Avoid outdoor shows or queues during peak heat hours
- Know the symptoms of heat illness: dizziness, nausea, headache, rapid pulse
