PHOTOS: Walls Are Still Up Around Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters in Disneyland
Hello from the Disneyland Resort!

We like to stop by on the weekends to check for new updates at the resort. So far, we’ve spotted the return of entertainment at the Tomorrowland Theater and the batch of new Star Wars racing apparel. But there’s still more to cover!
Let’s check out what construction is looking like over at Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters!

Hoping to ride Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters to prepare for Toy Story 5? While the attraction is currently under refurbishment, you’re not totally out of luck–it’s scheduled to reopen on June 12th!

With that said, the attraction shows no signs of its imminent reopening. The infamous construction walls are up around the attraction…

Scrim also towers above the walls, hiding the building from guests.

While the attraction is still very much under refurbishment, Disney can get these walls and scrim down overnight, so this isn’t a sign of a delayed reopening.
We can’t wait to ride the attraction again when it welcomes back guests on June 12th!
