The beloved voice of Mama Odie from Disney’s The Princess and the Frog explored the interactive exhibit, greeted families, and brought her signature energy to the experience with singing, dancing, and memorable interactions with guests.

She also recently returned to the role for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

Created through a collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering and The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the exhibit combines storytelling, music, culture, and hands-on activities inspired by New Orleans.
Guests can decorate parade floats, create costumes and masks, help make gumbo in a pretend kitchen, and learn a traditional second-line dance.

The first museum exhibition dedicated to Princess Tiana, Tiana’s Joyful Celebration, remains open in Indianapolis through January 3, 2027.
It then begins a five-year national tour with planned stops including Los Angeles, Everett, Dearborn, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Tampa, and additional cities across the country.

The exhibit also features bilingual English and Spanish signage along with accessible elements in ASL and Braille.
What an amazing experience! Be sure to check it out when it comes to a city near you.
