Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary Takes Flight With New Sparkling Jubilee Aircraft
Tokyo DisneySea’s upcoming 25th anniversary celebration is officially taking to the skies.
The Disney Resort and Japan Airlines (JAL) have unveiled a brand-new aircraft inspired by Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th Anniversary event, “Sparkling Jubilee.”

The custom-designed plane was revealed during a special ceremony this week, and its official first flight is scheduled for June 4, 2026.
Celebrate in the Skies
We have seen Disney movies and icons popping up on aircraft before– the most recent celebrting a Mandalorian and Grogu-Themed Aircraft on Alaska Airlines:

The JAL aircraft features colorful artwork celebrating Tokyo DisneySea’s milestone anniversary, showcasing Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and several Disney friends.

The side features font that says “Sparkling Jubilee” and “Tokyo DisneySea”! Your Disney faves are dressed in their celebratory best and look great.
The design is inspired by the spirit and colors of the “Sparkling Jubilee” celebration.

The specially painted JAL aircraft is expected to bring the excitement of the anniversary to travelers across Japan.

Tokyo DisneySea opened on September 4, 2001, and has drawn guests from all over the world with its immersive, sea-themed ports.
