California Grill at Walt Disney World is welcoming the season with a fresh lineup of new menu offerings.

Located atop Disney’s Contemporary Resort, the fan-favorite restaurant is known for combining stunning views of Seven Seas Lagoon with creative California-inspired cuisine.

Guests visiting this summer will find a variety of new dishes featuring seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and elevated presentations.

New Menu Highlights

Get ready for a burst of exciting new flavors that are fresh, colorful, and sure to delight every guest.

The new offerings include:

• Hearth-Steamed Saffron Mussels with charred leeks, chorizo, potato confit, and persillade

• Artichoke Flatbread featuring white bean purée, ramp aioli, lemon zest, artichokes, arugula, and California olive oil

• Seasonal Flatbread featuring chef-inspired seasonal ingredients

• Wagyu Strip Loin with corn, beef tallow-herb fingerling potatoes, grilled green garlic, and salsa macha

• Domestic Lamb served with herb-ricotta gnudi, fava beans, stinging nettles, root spinach, tomato ragù, and red wine jus

• Cioppino featuring black bass, clams, shrimp, calamari, mussels, crispy garlic chips, and sourdough croutons

• Seared Market Fish with wax beans, ancient grains, English peas, Marcona almonds, and Meyer lemon-caper butter sauce

• Celebration of Citrus dessert with Meyer lemon, olive oil-poppy seed cake, blood orange gel, and yuzu curd

New Cocktail Offerings

Nothing beats relaxing on vacation more than a delicious cocktail. Fans have two new options to check out:

• Honeycomb Fizz featuring Casamigos Blanco Tequila, lemon and honey syrup, peach nectar, and Domaine Carneros Brut

• Maple Bourbon Old Fashioned with Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon, vanilla maple syrup, bitters, Luxardo cherries, and orange twist
