Butterscotch Takes Over Gideon’s Bakehouse This June
Yum! June is going to be a sweet month… literally. Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs just released its June lineup of treats, sweets, and merchandise, and it does not disappoint.
The popular gothic hot spot has unveiled its June featured flavor: Butterscotch!

Fans are in for a sweet treat. First up is the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, which combines Gideon’s signature dough with Biscoff cookie butter spices, premium butterscotch chips, and crushed Biscoff cookies.
Warning! The nearly half-pound cookie delivers a sweeter flavor profile than many of Gideon’s traditional cookies!
June also brings a mix of returning favorites and a new dessert option:
- Grand Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake, an enhanced version of the bakery’s popular Cookie Butter Cake
- New Strawberry Crumb Cake, inspired by Butterscotch’s favorite sweet treat
- Mourning Joe’s Chocolate Coffee Toffee Cake, making its return for coffee and chocolate lovers
Guests can once again enjoy the Almond Cookie Cold Brew this summer. The seasonal beverage features brown sugar, vanilla, sweet almond flavors, and nitro cold brew.
Collectors can also pick up the June menu featuring Butterscotch in Morsels form. Menus are available in Disney Springs or included with online merchandise orders.
