Sweet and Savory Favorites Debut with the Edison’s New Brunch Menu!
Brunch fans have a new reason to visit Disney Springs! The Edison has debuted a new brunch menu filled with sweet treats, savory comfort food, specialty cocktails, and shareable bites.

The new offerings have just dropped, and we are available Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. It features a mix of classic brunch staples and signature Edison creations.
Guests looking for cocktails can choose from drinks like the Piggyback Maple Old-Fashioned, Bloody Mary, Mimosa, and the fruity Rubus Shandy.

The menu also includes several shareable appetizers and snacks perfect for everyone. Savor the Monumental Pretzel served with pimento cheese and honey mustard, or the Electri-Fries loaded with truffle fontina sauce and bacon.
Sweet tooth? Indulge in Sticky Monkey Bread with toffee caramel, and classic deviled eggs.

For brunch entrees, guests can order dishes like Avocado Toast topped with fried eggs and arugula salad, French Toast served bread pudding-style with berries and cream, and The Early Bird featuring fried chicken and waffles with cherry pepper maple syrup.
Burger fans will also find several options, including The Edison signature burger and the plant-based Impostor burger.
Other menu highlights include Blackened Salmon, a Big Ol’ Biscuit Sando, and a Gooey Grilled Cheese paired with tomato soup.
