Latest Disney World App Update Makes Checking Into Your Resort a Breeze
If you are a frequent Disney Parks visitor, you already know how indispensable the My Disney Experience app has become for planning and managing your vacation.
For guests visiting Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort, the app allows users to book Lightning Lane passes, manage tickets, check into hotels, mobile order food, and more.

Needless to say, if you want to keep your Disney vacation running smoothly, the app has become an essential tool.

While My Disney Experience has been around for years, Disney continues to introduce new features and updates.
The App Continues to Receive Updates
Last month, we brought you the news that the Walt Disney World app had added the MyDisney Wallet feature.
Now, the app has been updated once again!
The New Online Check-In Interface
The latest update to the My Disney Experience app has made checking into your Walt Disney World resort easier than ever.

To start, all you have to do is visit the “My Plans” section and click “Check In Now!” under the “My Resort Hotel” heading.
You can find a similar button in the “My Reservation” section.
Once you are on the online check-in screen, you will now see a completion status for each individual check-in task.
As before, you can set your address, payment method, PIN number, arrival time, and message preferences.
If you have any room requests, you can also make them here.
When a task is completed, the box turns green.
Finally, all you have to do is hit “Complete Check-In.”
With the new online check-in interface, checking into your Disney resort is now easier than ever.
