Sushi Is Officially Back at EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion
Yum! Sushi fans have a new reason to visit EPCOT’s Japan Pavilion this summer.
Katsura Grill has officially brought sushi back to the menu, and guests are already excited about the return.

The new Sushi Bowl recently debuted at the quick-service location inside the Japan Pavilion, offering a fresh and colorful option perfect for hot Florida days.
According to Mitsukoshi USA, the new bowl was added after many guest requests for sushi to return.
The dish features a variety of classic sushi ingredients. The tasty bites are layered over rice, creating a light but filling meal option for EPCOT guests.
This is perfect for a quick bite when walking through World Showcase.
