Crew’s Cup Lounge Reopens at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort as Yachtsman Steakhouse Closes For Refurbishment

If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that the last 19 months have been a time of change at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

Since the beginning of 2025, Disney has been slowly but surely refurbishing Crescent Lake’s flagship resorts. During that time, we have seen exterior work begin and expand, Stormalong Bay undergo major renovations, and Disney announce that Yachtsman Steakhouse would be refurbished.

Finally, there is Crew’s Cup Lounge.

Crew’s Cup Lounge Refurbishment 

One of the premier places to stop for a drink at Disney’s Yacht Club, Crew’s Cup Lounge, closed for refurbishment on February 23.

Nestled next to Yachtsman Steakhouse, the lounge has long been a great place to unwind with a pint, a glass of wine, or a refreshing cocktail.

Needless to say, it has become a fan-favorite spot over the years.

As we previously reported, Crew’s Cup Lounge was expected to reopen in May.

Well, it is my pleasure to announce that the lounge has officially reopened!

Crew’s Cup Reopens as Yachstman Steakhouse Closes

With the reopening of Crew’s Cup Lounge, refurbishment work on Yachtsman Steakhouse has now begun. The Yacht Club’s signature restaurant is expected to remain closed through August 2026.

While Yachtsman Steakhouse is closed, guests will still be able to enjoy select menu items from the restaurant at Crew’s Cup Lounge.

Here is a look at some of the available options.

So, if you have an upcoming stay at Disney’s Yacht Club planned, make sure you prepare accordingly.

You may need to make a few changes to your usual dining routine.
