Another month has come and gone, and we’re at the Disneyland Resort experiencing everything May has to offer! From Star Wars celebrations to new arrivals, a lot is happening around the resort.

Beignets Expressed
May’s flavor of the month at Beignets Expressed is the Lemon Cream Pie Glazed Beignets!
The beignets feature lemon icing with “hints of cream,” sprinkled with lemon sugar pie crust.

Napolini
Napolini is offering their May Pizza of the Month: La Madre! The pizza has Neapolitan crust, habanero sauce, shredded mozzarella, roasted chicken, sliced red onions, diced tomatoes, and garnish cilantro crema.

Parkside Market Coffee
Parkside Market Coffee has switched over to their berry-licious May flavors!
May Strawberry Items – Parkside Market Coffee
All month long, you can grab the Strawberry Crumb Cake Latté, which has strawberry, marshmallow swirl, fluffy cold foam, and strawberry cookie crumbles. It’s $6.75 for 12 ounces and $7.00 for 16 ounces.
The drink is pretty sweet initially, but once you mix the ingredients together well, they tame down considerably!
May Strawberry Items – Parkside Market Coffee
They also have a Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnamon Roll this month, which costs $9.25. The cinnamon roll has strawberry cheesecake frosting, poached berries, and crunchy berry cookie crumble.
It’s served warm and topped with tons of strawberry frosting! It’s the perfect way to start your day and is big enough to share with the group.

Salt & Straw
Of course, Salt & Straw has rotated their flavors this month, and is scooping The May Flowers Series!
Here are the five floral flavors being scooped this month:

- Strawberry Tres Leche
- Rhubarb Crumble with Toasted Annise
- Saffron Milk with Wildflower Honey (Does Not Contain Wheat)

Vista Parkside Market, the bar inside the food market, is serving The Perched Pina this month! The cocktail has tequila, port wine, pineapple, lime, chai syrup, and bitters.

Honorable Mention: GCH Craftsman Grill
Take the short walk from Downtown Disney over to GCH Craftsman Grill inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to grab their Hot Dog of the Month!
This month’s special is the Quesa-Birria Dog–a grilled all-beef hot link with slow-braised beef birria, chipotle aioli, cilantro, onion, cotija cheese, and Fresno peppers, served on a cheese-crust brioche bun with a side of ancho chili consumé. You can grab it this month for $17.
