Temperatures Are Rising This Week
As May gets underway, temperatures are rising in Central Florida.
While today’s forecast calls for highs in the mid-80s, which is typical for this time of year, things are only heating up from here.

Over the next three days, temperatures are expected to reach the low to mid-90s as a potential record heat wave moves across Florida.
In Orlando, Thursday’s high of 96 degrees is just shy of the record high of 98 set in 1915.

The Heat Is Here to Stay
Looking ahead, the warm weather is expected to stick around.
While there is a chance of thunderstorms over the weekend, guests can expect plenty of sunshine overall.

So, if you have an upcoming Walt Disney World vacation, make sure you plan accordingly.
If you are visiting the parks, be sure to stay hydrated and dress for the heat.

This may also be a great opportunity to spend time at your resort pool or visit Disney’s Blizzard Beach.

As always, be sure to check back with MickeyBlog. We will continue to update you on all the news coming out of Walt Disney World.
