Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets
Disney has been hard at work re-theming Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster to The Muppets, and the ride is currently scheduled to open to the public on May 26, 2026.
But on an exciting note, Annual Passholders can preview Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in just a few weeks!
Annual Passholder Previews
Disney just announced that Disney World Annual Passholders can preview Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets in Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 21, 22, and 23, 2026.
On these dates, there will be a virtual queue in the My Disney Experience app with three different opportunities to join:
- 7AM — You must have a Hollywood Studios park reservation.
- 11AM — You need a park reservation for any park. Note that you must visit your reserved park before park hopping to Hollywood Studios.
- 3PM — No park reservation required.
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets
During preview dates, Annual Passholders will also receive complimentary downloads of their attraction photo!

Note that these virtual queue opportunities will be available exclusively to Annual Passholders during previews. Disney has confirmed that no virtual queue will be used once the attraction officially opens to the public on May 26, 2026.
