Yes, it’s Star Wars Day, and your MickeyBlog reporters have joined thousands of friends from across the galaxy to land here at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, ready to celebrate the day in style. We’ve got our guide on all the best things to see and do around the park today, and are ready to explore!
First up, however, we simply had to start our adventure with a visit to the dedicated merchandise location, set up exclusively for the event. We thought we’d bring you along to show you all the limited-time pieces on offer, so come along with us if you’d like to check it out!
Virtual Queue Access Only
Since it’s May 4th and the park is feeling particularly busy today, it seems only right that Disney has opted to utilize a virtual queue system for guests to access all the Star Wars Day-exclusive merchandise
The dedicated zone has been set up within the Vacation Fun building on Echo Lake — just around the corner from Star Tours — and friendly Cast Members are already on hand to help guests secure their spot in this virtual line.
The virtual queue is accessible via the My Disney Experience app, which includes virtual queue options for both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the merchandise event being held at Once Upon a Toy in Disney Springs.
We selected the Studios option, input the number of guests in our MickeyBlog party, and joined the queue. This gave us a “boarding group” number, which we had to wait to be called in order to access the store!
While we were waiting, we thought we might as well browse the catalogue of available pieces, giving us a sneak peek of what we can expect to find in-store.

There’s going to be apparel, mugs, accessories, pins, figurines, and more, all branded with the “May the 4th 2026” Star Wars Day logo!

All the Merchandise!
As soon as our boarding group number was called, we were in!

Stepping inside the store, we were greeted by a whole range of epic May the Fourth designs for this year, with many of which featuring inspiration from the Mandalorian and Grogu!
First up was this black hooded sweatshirt, with a cool Mandalorian logo on the front.
The back featured this trendy “Walt Disney World” design, with faces such as Grogu and Ahsoka shining out from the orange, white, and yellow graphic!
To keep it simple, this black tee simply featured “May the 4th Be With You 2026” on the front…
…with another cool character design on the back!
Next to that, we found this youth-sized version of the t-shirt.
There’s also this funky Mandalorian cap, also featuring the “2026” logo!
We just know this one is going to be a popular piece this year!
We’re loving how the vibe of these bright graphics seems to take inspiration from art deco, which we think complements the Star Wars imagery so well.
Disney designers never fail to disappoint!
Moving on – do we have any pin collectors out there?
We’ve just found this mystery pin set, with each box containing two randomly-selected pins from eight possible designs.
Grogu, Boba Fett, Ahsoka…which characters will you get?
It has to be said, whichever pins you find, they’ll all look super cool attached to this sleek tote bag.
