We’re spending our Sunday at the Disneyland Resort, where we’ve uncovered tons of new arrivals!
There are new Star Wars installations and sets at The LEGO Store, exciting arrivals at Storyland Boutique, new characters around Batuu, strawberry-flavored May features at Parkside Market Coffee, and new ID kiosks at Star Wars Trading Post!

We’re here at GCH Craftsman Grill to try their Hot Dog of the Month!
May’s special is the Quesa-Birria Dog–a grilled all-beef hot link with slow-braised beef birria, chipotle aioli, cilantro, onion, cotija cheese, and Fresno peppers, served on a cheese-crust brioche bun with a side of ancho chili consumé. You can grab it this month for $17.

This was insanely good, but beware–there’s a kick to it! (If you’re a fan of some heat, this one is a winner.)
It has a snappy, spicy link, enhanced with tender, shredded birria.

The crispy bun is perfect for dipping in the consumé broth–a must-have side for any good birria dish.
You will get messy, but it’s totally worth it!
