Spring is here, and new flavors are all around! Disney is getting on the fun by adding fresh flavors to EPCOT with a new lineup of cocktails at GEO-82!

New Cocktails Arrive!

The Tuscan Olive Oil Martini stands out right away, blending VUSA African Vodka with Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry, then layering in olive oil, tomato, and a Parmesan crisp.
The result? A savory and herbaceous drink with a clean finish.

There is also the Clarified Bee’s Knees! This classic drink is made with Barr Hill Reserve Tom Cat Gin, honey, lemon, and thyme.
This version is milk-washed for a smoother texture and clean taste.

For something lighter, check out the Pink Peppercorn Clover Club. Ford’s Gin is mixed with Dolin Blanc Vermouth de Chambéry, raspberry, pink peppercorn, and lemon.
The taste is floral with a slight spice, making it an easy and refreshing option.
