Pixar’s ‘Hoppers’ Gets Digital and Home Video Release Date
Following the disappointing release of Elio, Pixar Animation Studios returned to theaters earlier this year with Hoppers.
Released on March 6, Hoppers tells the story of Mabel, a young girl who transfers her mind into a robotic beaver, giving her the ability to communicate with the animal kingdom.

“What if you could talk to animals and understand what they’re saying? In Disney and Pixar’s all-new feature film Hoppers, scientists have discovered how to ‘hop’ human consciousness into lifelike robotic animals, allowing people to communicate with animals as animals,” the film’s synopsis reads.
A Much-Needed Pixar Win
After struggling to find consistent box-office success with original films, Pixar needed Hoppers to deliver.

Fortunately, the film has done just that.
As of this writing, Hoppers has grossed over $367 million worldwide, a strong performance for an original animated release.

Now, the film is getting ready for its digital and home video debut.
Digital and Home Video Release Date
Following its successful theatrical run, Hoppers will arrive on digital platforms such as Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video on April 28, 2026.

The film will then receive a 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD release on June 2.
As with most Disney home video releases, Hoppers will include a robust lineup of bonus features, including deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes featurettes, and more.
