On Tuesday, May 12, from 7–9 p.m., guests can attend the Morimoto Asia x Fukumitsuya Artisanal Sake Dinner.
This intimate event features a four-course, chef-curated menu served in a private dining room with premium sake pairings from Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery.
The location is one of Japan’s oldest and most respected breweries, founded in 1625.
Moriomoto Asia
Guests will hear from Ayako Nakamura, ambassador of Fukumitsuya, as each course is paired with sake selections designed to elevate every bite.

The menu includes:
- Morimoto Junmai Ginjo
Chilean Seabass Arare Age (crispy fried seabass, house-made tartar sauce) - Morimoto Junmai Daiginjo
Shrimp Tofu Shinjo Lobster Ankake (shrimp tofu dumpling, mushroom, lobster sauce) - Morimoto Junmai
Slow-Roasted Beef Brisket (miso demi-glace, crispy yaki onigiri) - Morimoto Sparkling Nigori
Cold Tantan Noodles (spicy ground pork, creamy sesame broth)(Optional add-on: 400 & 40 anniversary sake 3 oz. pour $25

The experience is priced at $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
Be sure to reserve your seat asap. Seating is limited to only 35 guests, and reservations are expected to fill quickly.
