Construction Finally Completed at the Fairy Godmother Meet and Greet in Sir Mickey’s
We love all the updates and changes happening at Disney World right now, and just today we spotted another.
Inside Sir Mickey’s at Magic Kingdom, and seven months after the PhotoPass studio closed, construction is now finally complete!

Disney has added a new wall inside the shop, closing off the former PhotoPass studio area.

The wall features a brown wood finish and includes an open upper section supported by five posts that connect to the ceiling.
The design allows the space to feel partially open rather than fully enclosed.

Another small update- the curtain that once covered the space has also been removed.
This updated area now serves as a dedicated meet-and-greet location for the Fairy Godmother.

The experience is reserved for guests visiting Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where guests and young fans can interact with some of their Disney faves.
When not meeting guests here, the Fairy Godmother may still appear around Fantasyland or inside the boutique itself.
More Construction Updates

This is just one of many exciting updates happening across Disney World. We have recently seen additional construction in Tropical Americas…

…advancements to Big Thunder Mountain…

…updates to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring the Muppets…

… And even hotel construction like the Pop Century Sign!
