PHOTOS: Docking Bay 6 Has Been Taken Over by the First Order
Three years after the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser was shuttered, Disney’s Hollywood Studios has found a new use for its former shuttle port.
As a quick recap, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge was once home to Docking Bay 3.

Located in the back of the land, the backstage entrance allowed guests staying at the Galactic Starcruiser to enter the park directly.

After the hotel closed, Docking Bay 3 sat unused for some time. Eventually, Disney PhotoPass began using the space as a hub for its Capture Your Moment experience in Galaxy’s Edge.

A few months ago, the structure was officially renamed Docking Bay 6.

Now, another presence has made itself known.
The First Order Has Taken Over
During a recent visit, we spotted a large First Order flag hanging over the entrance to Docking Bay 6.

The bold insignia is prominently displayed above the structure.

The addition helps reinforce the story of Black Spire Outpost, where the First Order continues to exert control.

As part of the land’s ongoing narrative, Stormtroopers can often be seen patrolling the area in search of Resistance sympathizers.

Here is another look.

Docking Bay 6 itself remains in use by Disney PhotoPass, and guests can still step inside to enjoy a cool place to rest.
