The World Premiere of ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ Will Stream on Disney+ and Hulu

Nearly two decades after The Devil Wears Prada first brought audiences inside the stylish world of Runway Magazine, Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci are set to return for a highly anticipated sequel.
Arriving in theaters on May 1, The Devil Wears Prada 2 will reunite fans with Miranda, Andy, Emily, and Nigel for a brand-new runway adventure.

This time around, Miranda Priestly finds herself going head-to-head with her former assistant-turned-rival executive, Emily Charlton, as the two battle for advertising dollars in a struggling print media landscape.
Anticipation Is Building
With just weeks to go until the film’s release, anticipation continues to build. Earlier today, projections suggested that The Devil Wears Prada 2 is tracking toward a $66 million opening weekend.

The Film’s World Premiere Will Livestream on Disney+ and Hulu
Disney has announced that fashion fans will be able to watch the film’s world premiere live on Disney+ and Hulu next week.

The event will take place on April 20 at Lincoln Center in New York City and is expected to be a star-studded affair. Attendees will include Streep, Hathaway, Blunt, Tucci, Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, director David Frankel, screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna, and more.
The livestream begins at 5:30 PM ET and will be available to replay afterward. According to Disney, viewers can expect major fashion moments, celebrity arrivals, cast interviews, and special surprises.
