The Mexican Street Corn Dog is Back at Disneyland!
We’re sure you’ve all tried a classic Disneyland corn dog before… but have you ever had a BLUE RIBBON corn dog?
As they’re known for creating innovative corn dog flavors across their Disneyland and Walt Disney World sites, our reporters always make sure to check out for any seasonal specials as we’re passing by.
For instance, did you hear about the Buffalo Chicken & Cheese Dog from last September? Or how about the Giant Jalapeno Popper Corn Dog? There was even a Salmon Dog at one point too… unless we imagined it!
Here in Downtown Disney this week, we noticed that the Mexican Street Corn Dog has made a triumphant return for 2026, so we simply had to give it a try!

Who’s hungry? Here it is – the Blue Ribbon Mexican Street Corn Dog!
According to the menu guide, this all-beef, batter-fried in cornmeal dog comes loaded with garlic mayo, sweet corn kernals, crumbled cotija cheese, and cilantro. There’s a lime wedge on the side for extra-tangy garnish, and the meal includes a bag of chips.
Sounds and looks good – right?
According to our reporters, this $16 meal was fresh and fun. It makes a great – and lighter – alternative to the “classic” Disneyland corn dog options.
So, next time you’re passing through the Downtown Disney District, be sure to stop by the Blue Ribbon kiosk to check out this colorful treat for yourselves. It’ll only be available for a limited time, so make sure you don’t miss out!
