National Geographic Is Celebrating Earth Month 2026 With Disney+ Documentaries and At-Home Activities

National Geographic is making a splash on Disney+ this Earth Month by bringing stories of curiosity, exploration, and adventure into your living room.
In total, National Geographic and Disneynature are celebrating Earth Month 2026 with 14 documentaries, including the new Dolphins Close Up with Bertie Gregory.

Also now streaming on Disney+ is Secrets of Bees, which takes a deep dive into the complex and extraordinary lives of bees.
Finally, The Last Rhinos: A New Hope follows the latest scientific efforts to save the endangered species.

Other documentaries available on Disney+ this Earth Month include The Misfits: Time To Shine – Underdogs, Becoming Cousteau, Secrets of the Whales, and Billy & Molly: An Otter Love Story.
National Geographic’s Wonder List
In addition to new streaming content, National Geographic is also celebrating Earth Month with the Wonder List.

This digital and printable guide of daily activities encourages families to celebrate Earth Month together with simple, hands-on experiences at home.
Examples include:
- Trees: Find the biggest and tiniest leaves outside. How do they feel compared to each other?
- Stars: Step outside at dusk as the sun sets and the sky darkens. Who can spot the first star? Bonus: Learn its name together.
- Rocks: Find and sort three different rocks by texture or color. Then get them wet and observe how their appearance changes.
