PHOTOS: Paint Additions and Door Decals Debut at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
We’re only two weeks away from the reopening of Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin in Magic Kingdom!
We were lucky enough to get an early preview of the updated attraction, and of course, we took you with us!
But in just two short weeks, everyone will be able to experience the enhanced attraction for themselves.
Speaking of, we stopped by the attraction today to check for updates, and our search was successful! Let’s check them out, shall we?
NEW Exterior Updates – Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
New purple and green arches have been painted above the entrance doors! We love the pop of color, which matches Buzz’s signature color palette.
We noticed “x” tape marks in the area that’s been left white, possibly indicating that more paint will be applied there in the coming days.

It also looks like the entrance doors have received a makeover! Here’s what they looked like previously (before the closure information was plastered on them):

Now, the doors have updated decals, with stripes and the “SR” Space Ranger logo.

The attraction officially reopens on April 8th, and we can’t wait!
