Disney and Le Monde Gourmand Celebrate 75 Years of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ With New Scents
Disney and Le Monde Gourmand are celebrating the 75th anniversary of Alice in Wonderland with the launch of four new perfumes, each inspired by the animated classic.
The new scents draw inspiration from different Alice in Wonderland characters, including Alice (Melodie De Thé), the White Rabbit (Potion Enchantée), the Mad Hatter and March Hare (Fête De Vanille), and the Queen of Hearts (Rouge de Coeur).

“For us, the story of Alice, and the idea [of] falling down the rabbit hole and experiencing all of these different characters and vignettes, is very much like the concept of Le Monde Gourmand,” said Ann Somma, chief brand officer of parent company Tru Fragrance (via Women’s Wear Daily).

“We have many fragrances on offer and each one offers this sort of opportunity to fall into this experience and this personality through olfactive. And so Alice was like a very multidimensional concept to us that is perfect for what we do.”
A New Kind of Le Monde Gourmand Scent
The new scents, which will sell for $30 to $34 in duo sets, mark the first time Le Monde Gourmand has drawn inspiration from an animated film.

“While we love to have that human interface, we also love to just have something to sink our teeth into that has so much meaning for so many people, and to play with the story in that way,” Somma said.
Where to Find the Perfumes
Fans who want to get their hands on the new Alice in Wonderland perfumes should head to Ulta, which will be the exclusive home of the new scents.

“Ulta is a place that you go and play,” Somma said.
“And we love the idea of Ulta kind of being your Wonderland, where you can come and experience the brand and this launch.”
