The One Food Item I’d Get at Every 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival Booth
The 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival kicked off back at the beginning of March, and since then, we’ve been enjoying all of the fun food, entertainment, merchandise, and so much more. There are truly so many things to see and do this year!

With a huge list of food items available, it can be hard to decide which items are worth your time and money at the festival. So, I’m here to help — I’m breaking down the one item I’d get at all of the booths at this year’s festival!
The One Food Item I’d Get at Every 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival Booth
Florida Fresh
Starting over at CommuniCore Plaza, you can find Florida Fresh, which will have special Flower & Garden Festival items until May 25th. Here, I’d grab the Conch Fritters with Key Lime aïoli for $6.49!

These are always a fun and unique snack and easy to share with others. They definitely embody the Florida vibes!
EPCOT Farmers Feast
Inside of CommuniCore Hall is EPCOT Farmers Feast. They have one food menu from the beginning of the festival through April 5th (Early Bloom menu), and another from April 6th through May 10th (Springtime menu).

During the Early Bloom menu, I’d get the Scallop with spring pea risotto, lemon-beurre blanc, and gremolata for $8.19. And, during the Springtime menu, go for the delicious Grilled Beef Strip Loin with tomato risotto, tomato beurre blanc, and basil pesto for $8.79.

Nectar hosted by AdventHealth
A new booth at the festival this year is Nectar hosted by AdventHealth, which has taken over the Land Kiosk in World Nature. At this spot, I’d get the new Tuna Poke Bowl with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce on a bed of sticky rice for $8.79.

It’s a good amount of food for the price and a refreshing item to eat when it’s hot outside!
Beach Grub
Beach Grub is located on the walkway between the World Showcase and the Imagination! Pavilion. At this booth, grab the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread featuring Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese for $5.99.

This is a delicious, plant-based savory item that’s also on this year’s Garden Graze!
Yacht Grub
Right next to Beach Grub is Yacht Grub, and it has some delicious items available! You can’t really go wrong here, but if I can only pick one thing, I’d get the Trio of Dips and Chips.

These are house-made potato chips with whipped feta dip and candied lemon, caramelized onion dip and caviar, and pimento cheese and pickles for $6.49. You get a wide variety of flavors, and it’s easy to share!
BRUNCHCOT
BRUNCHCOT is the booth near Test Track and has a bunch of brunch-themed items! My favorite here is the Avocado Toast, which is another plant-based item on the Garden Graze.

This comes with marinated tomatoes featuring Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on toasted ciabatta for $6.49.
The Citrus Blossom
The Citrus Blossom is inside the Odyssey Pavilion and is all about citrus flavors! My pick here is the Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder for $4.99.

This is yet another plant-based item on the Garden Graze! It’s a perfect item for the springtime.
The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board
The Honey Bee-stro is located on the walkway between the Imagination! Pavilion and the World Showcase. A great food item here is the Chicken and Waffles!

This is crispy chicken and a sweet honey-bacon cornbread waffle with whipped honey butter and orange blossom honey for $6.99. It’s a perfect mix of sweet and savory.
Pineapple Promenade
Pineapple Promenade is near Port of Entry and doesn’t have a ton of food options, but the one that’s always on the menu every year is the Spicy Hot Dog. This comes with pineapple chutney and plantain chips for $7.99.

It’s a fun little snack that is a staple at the festival!
Trowel & Trellis
Trowel & Trellis is near Disney Traders and has a few new items this year! My favorite is the new Garden Vegetable Flatbread for $5.99.

This flatbread features Boursin Crumbles Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, topped with roasted vegetables and arugula salad. It’s a great vegetarian option that’s a good portion size!
Northern Bloom
Northern Bloom is in the Canada pavilion and doesn’t have any new food items this year. So, I’d go with a returning favorite — the Beef Tenderloin Tips.

These come with mushroom bordelaise, whipped potatoes, and garden vegetables for $7.79! It’s a hearty dish that will fill you up.
Fleur de Lys
Fleur de Lys is in the France Pavilion and is always a popular spot during festivals! It’s tough to choose what to get here, but ultimately, I’d get the new Tarte Aux Oignons Caramelises.

This is caramelized onions on a flaky pastry crust topped with bacon for $8.25. I mean, it’s caramelized onions and bacon in a pastry, how can you go wrong?
La Isla Fresca
La Isla Fresca is located between the France and Morocco Pavilions, and it’s not one to miss! Here, I’d get the Jamaican Jerk Chicken with pigeon pea rice, roasted sweet plantains, and cinnamon butter.

You can get it for $6.29, and it’s a decent portion size!
Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina
Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina is inside the Morocco Pavilion and doesn’t always switch out items during festivals, so my favorite remains the same.

It’s the Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with assorted dips for $5.29. It’s simple, but always a great snack while you’re traveling around the world!
Hanami
Hanami is in the Japan Pavilion and has some fun items for this festival! The returning favorite and one of the most popular items at the whole festival is the Frushi.

This is strawberry, pineapple, and honeydew wrapped in coconut rice and soy wrap paper served with coconut cream sauce and toasted coconut for $7.50. It’s unique and absolutely delicious!
Magnolia Terrace
Magnolia Terrace is in the American Adventure Pavilion and has some cuisine that really embodies different parts of the United States! My choice here is Grilled Gulf Oysters.

These come with andouille sausage butter and lemon for $7.99! If you’re a fan of oysters, you should enjoy these.
Primavera Kitchen
Primavera Kitchen is in the Italy Pavilion and can be very hit or miss during this festival. But, we did really enjoy one of the items here this year…

…and it was the new Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake! This has ricotta cheese, raspberries, and sweet whipped cream for $5.50 and is a great, light dessert.
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market is in the Germany Pavilion and has some great returning favorites at Flower & Garden Festival! My pick here is the Toasted Pretzel Bread.

This bread is topped with black forest ham and melted cheese for $6.19! It’s a perfect savory snack, and I wouldn’t miss it if I were you.
Lan Yuan
Lan Yuan is in the China Pavilion and has some fun items this year! My pick is the new Tanghulu.

This is a skewer of strawberries and grapes coated in candied sugar syrup for $7.25. It’s very simple, but it’s delicious.
Jardin de Fiestas
Finally, we have Jardin de Fiestas in the Mexico Pavilion! Basically, everything here is delicious, but I would personally pick the new Chilaquiles con Carne.
This has corn tortillas tossed in salsa ranchera and Monterey Jack with shaved rib-eye, poblano peppers, onions, queso fresco, and crema mexicana for $8.50!

Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates!
