Earlier this morning, we brought you the exciting news that Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin will officially reopen on April 8 at Magic Kingdom.
When guests set off again for an intergalactic battle with the evil Emperor Zurg, they will find that Space Ranger Spin has received numerous upgrades.

These changes include updated Star Cruisers, enhanced blasters that can be removed from their holsters, and always-on lasers.

Space Ranger Spin’s New PhotoPass
In addition to the on-ride improvements, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin is also set to debut a new PhotoPass when it reopens.
As before, the new on-ride photo will take guests’ photos while they are blasting away.
Now, however, the PhotoPass will feature more information, including mission score and rank.

Needless to say, this is a super-exciting update for those of us who have ranked as Galactic Heroes.
The new PhotoPass will debut with the rest of Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin on April 8.
