Long-Term Refurbishment Coming Soon to Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
There is literally always construction happening somewhere in Disney World. Minor work is done to keep things looking pretty, and major work is done to completely upgrade attractions.
We keep up with all of the work happening, so you know what will be open and closed on your next trip! And a new refurbishment was just announced for one of the Disney World resort hotels.
All-Star Movies Resort Refurbishment
A big refurbishment is starting soon at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort! In late May 2026, the guest rooms at the hotel will undergo planned refurbishment.
This refurbishment will be taking place through the end of January 2027.
If you’re staying at the resort during this time, you might hear work going on in the area, and alternate paths of travel might be in place. So, keep that in mind if you’re looking at booking a hotel at Disney World soon!
Disney usually renovates their rooms in stages at the hotels, so there should still be rooms available to book during this time period.
We are assuming that the rooms will be given the standard renovation that you can find at the other Disney Value resorts. It’s pretty basic, but still comfortable!
