It looks an awful lot like a Mickey Premium Bar, and is attached to a white-and-blue handle with a Mickey head hole at the bottom. 

The spatula is part of the Mousewares collection, which has all kinds of kitchen items, including chip clips, cookie cutters, and measuring cups.
