New Updates for Cinderella Castle Transformation!

There is a lot of change happening at Walt Disney World, and we love checking out the latest changes and bringing you first looks as the park evolves!

There is exterior refurbishment happening at the hotels, your favorite attractions are receiving glow-ups, and there are plenty of seasonal updates keeping the park fresh.

If you follow along with MickeyBlog, you know that Cinderella Castle is undergoing a huge transformation. We checked out the latest updates happening today at Cinderella Castle.

Cinderella Castle Updates

There has been a lot of work on and around the castle. 

We brought you first looks at the first coat of paint in small areas around the castle and watched the moat drain to make access to the castle easier.

Just a few days ago, we noticed additional construction workers and paint crews at work.

Most of the sides and back are complete, and the front is being refreshed now.

Today’s photos focus on the front exterior.

Multiple cranes and construction teams are out, updating the front of the castle.

Here is a view of the drained mode and the side. You can definitely see the difference in paint color as work progresses.

The castle is transforming from its 50th-anniversary look to a classic, 1971-inspired color scheme of light grays, blues, soft creams, and gold accents.

Every day brings us closer to the end results, and we cannot wait to see it!
