A Map Changed & Construction Walls Extended in Storybook Circus at Magic Kingdom
There is a TON of construction happening Magic Kingdom right now! Frontierland is seeing major changes, almost all of Haunted Mansion is covered by scrim, Cinderella Castle is being painted, and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin is closed for refurbishment in Tomorrowland.

But that’s not all! Today, we noticed a few changes with the construction happening in the Storybook Circus section of Magic Kingdom! Let’s go take a look.
Storybook Circus Updates
The Smellephants on Parade map has been changed in Storybook Circus!

This is a little scavenger hunt presented by Scentsy that features different elephants around the area that have their own unique fragrances.

Due to the construction in the area, some of the elephants are not accessible right now, so the map has been changed.

You can still check out the ones outside of the construction walls, though!

And, there are helpful stickers so you can mark off the ones you find.

In addition to this change, we also noticed that the construction walls have been extended around Big Top Souvenirs and Pete’s Silly Sideshow.

Both of these spots are closed right now as construction takes place.

Disney has not revealed when the work will be completed, but we will make sure to keep you updated on any major changes taking place!

For now, you can meet the characters that were meeting at Pete’s Silly Sideshow just out and about in Storybook Circus. Check the My Disney Experience app for more details!
