We’re still thoroughly enjoying the return of the 2026 Disney California Adventure (DCA) Food & Wine Festival!

There’s so much to explore at the festival–especially for our taste buds. So far, we’ve sunk our teeth into some of the festival’s spicy eats, sweet treats, culinary must-haves, and more!

Green Pozole – Cozy Cone Motel 5

Our first festival bite of the day brings us to Cozy Cone Motel 5 in Cars Land!

Here, they’re serving up Green Pozole–a traditional Mexican stew with chicken and hominy, served with chips.

For $8.49, you get a hearty, savory pozole!

We crumbled up our tortilla chips and enhanced the pozole’s flavors with a squeeze of jalapeno. (We highly recommend doing the same.)

Musubi Fried Rice by DVC – Golden Dreams

The Golden Dreams marketplace is serving up the Musubi Fried Rice brought to you by Disney Vacation Club! 

The Aulani-inspired dish has steamed rice with egg, glazed spiced ham, umami mayo, and furikake.

This is amazing. It’s served with warm, fluffy rice and has a sweet soy glaze smothered on the diced Spam pieces. 

If we have any complaints, it’s that we want a bigger bowl. (And for it to be around all year-long.)
