See the PRIZE for This Year’s Garden Graze at the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival
It’s the first day of the 2026 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival! We’re in the park today to check out all of the food, merchandise, entertainment, and more.

2026 Flower & Garden Festival
And now, it’s time to complete the food crawl for this festival — the Garden Graze! It features 9 items that you can find at the Outdoor Kitchens around the festival.

In order to participate, all you have to do is get any 5 items on the crawl — even repeats. When you buy an item, you will get a corresponding stamp in your Festival Passport.

Once you have all 5 stamps, you can show your completed crawl in your Festival Passport at the Pineapple Promenade booth and get a free prize! So, let’s see what’s in store for the crawl this year.
2026 Garden Graze
First up, we tried the returning Avocado Toast from BRUNCHCOT! This is avocado toast with marinated tomatoes featuring Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on toasted ciabatta for $6.49.

This was a very fresh dish, and the toasted bread added some great texture! It also makes a very pretty picture.

Next, at the new booth Nectar (hosted by AdventHealth), we got the new plant-based Poke Bowl with edamame, avocado, mango, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, furikake, and umami sauce on a bed of sticky rice for $6.29.

This is just like the Tuna Poke Bowl on the menu over here, but without the tuna. The rice had a bit of a strong vinegar flavor to it, but besides that, all of the ingredients were fresh and went well together.

Also at this booth, we grabbed the new plant-based Coconut Panna Cotta with a cherry gelée and matcha crumb topped with a citrus cookie, plant-based meringue, and flower confetti for $5.79.

We loved this dessert! It had a great combination of sweet and tart flavors, and we loved the matcha crumb paired with the cherry gelee.

Over at the Citrus Blossom, we got the returning plant-based Lumpia with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour for $6.19.
This had some great flavor, and it’s an awesome plant-based option at the festival!

We also got the returning plant-based Lemon Tart over here with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, plant-based meringue, and raspberry powder for $4.99.
This was pretty tart but also very fresh! The shell is crispy, which helped balance everything out.

Now that we have our 5 items…

…we went to Pineapple Promenade to collect our prize!

This year, the prize for the Garden Graze is a vanilla soft serve and pineapple Dole Whip swirl!

It’s absolutely delicious and is great for those of you who love a classic Dole Whip with some added richness from the vanilla soft serve. It’s still refreshing, though!

You also get this fun little pack of wildflower seeds that you can plant in your garden when you get home!

Here’s a look at more of the details.

As a reminder, there are more items that you can get on the Garden Graze, including the plant-based Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread featuring Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese from Beach Grub…
