Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort have sent over 3 million Mobile Cast Compliments through the official apps.

Have you shared a cast compliment? Mobile Cast Compliments let you send a quick thank you to a cast member who made your day better.
The feature is easy to use, convenient, and available in both the My Disney Experience app and the Disneyland Resort app. It takes less than a minute and leaves a lasting impact.

At Disneyland Resort, PhotoPass photographer Luis has become the most complimented cast member.
Guests know him for turning a simple photo into an experience. With humor and energy, he guides families to the best spots and makes the moment fun.
Luis says he focuses on giving guests the type of memories he would want for his own family.

Here is how to send a Cast Compliment:
- Open the My Disney Experience or Disneyland Resort app
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap “Cast Compliment”
- Select a positive sentiment
- Enter the cast member’s first name and hometown (Be sure to spell it right)
- Submit
