In case you haven’t heard, we are currently in the middle of Engineers Week, and Walt Disney Imagineering is celebrating by shining a spotlight on the men and women who make the magic happen.
Yesterday, we brought you the story of Beeta, a civil engineer who shared a behind-the-scenes look at Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana.

Introducing Alanna
In today’s video, Walt Disney Imagineering turned things over to Alanna, a structural engineer working on Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure.

In the video, Alanna gives a tour of the current construction project, sharing an amazing look at the Avengers: Infinity Defense attraction.
Throughout the clip, fans can see how far along the construction has progressed.

While show elements have not been installed, the building’s skeleton has come together.

Clearly, Imagineers have been making a lot of progress.
When the Avengers Campus expansion is complete, it will not feature two new rides but will also double the land’s size.
