Disney+ Offers 24/7 Local ABC News Livestreams in Eight Major Cities
Great news for Disney+ subscribers! Disney+ just added even more value for its subscribers.
Beginning today, Disney+ users in the U.S. can stream 24/7 local news coverage from eight ABC Owned Television Stations directly on the platform.
New Local Streams
Subscribers now have access to live local streams from New York (WABC-TV), Los Angeles (KABC-TV), Chicago (WLS-TV), Philadelphia (WPVI-TV), Houston (KTRK-TV), San Francisco (KGO-TV), Raleigh-Durham (WTVD-TV), and Fresno (KFSN-TV).
These continuous livestreams feature live newscasts, breaking news, weather updates, and special community events tailored to each market.

The streams are available in both the ABC News Hub and the Live Hub on Disney+. Over time, subscribers located in any of these eight cities will also see their local station featured more prominently throughout the platform.
This new local coverage joins Disney+’s growing lineup of national ABC programming, including World News Tonight with David Muir, Good Morning America, 20/20, Nightline, This Week with George Stephanopoulos, ABC News Live Prime with Linsey Davis, and What You Need to Know.
