Join Us For Dinner at Animator’s Palate Aboard the Disney Fantasy
If you have been following along here at MickeyBlog, you know that we are currently sailing aboard the Disney Fantasy for Pixar Day at Sea!
Over the past several days, we have been enjoying sun, fun, and adventure alongside our favorite Disney characters, and we are bringing you along for the ride.
Previously, we brought you updates on the Pixar Day at Sea festivities, our stateroom, and the exclusive merchandise that the themed cruise offers.

Now, it is time to eat!
Animator’s Palate
As our Pixar Day at Sea adventure continues, we stopped by Animator’s Palate for dinner and a show!

The Disney Fantasy’s signature dining experience, Animator’s Palate, immerses guests inside the world of Disney animation for a spectacular meal.

The fun begins before you even open the menu.

Alcoholic Beverages
Animator’s Palate features three specialty cocktails: Blueberrilicious, Great Reef, and the Bora Shake.

All three tropical beverages set the perfect tone for your meal.
Here is a look at the full wine menu.

As you can see, it is extensive!

Kids’ Menu
Before we get into the meal itself, here is a look at the Tangled-themed kids’ menu.

The menu includes Rapunzel’s Appetizers, Flynn’s Main Event, and Pascal’s Sweet Finish, and includes Garden Salad, Breaded Turkey Breast, Mac ‘n Cheese, and Chicken Strips.

For dessert, kids can get Caramel Custard, Mickey Ice Cream Bar, and a selection of assorted Ice Cream.

Bread Service
The dining experience, however, begins with the arrival of the bread.

The garlic and herb focaccia comes with a roasted garlic dip!
Appetizers (Black Ruffle Pasta Purseittes)
From there, it was time to order appetizers. The restaurant offers Smoked Salmon Tartare, Sliced Serrano Ham, Black Truffle Pasta Purses, and Tomato Tarte.

We HAD to try the Black Truffle Pasta Purseittes.

The dish tasted as good as it looked!

Soups and Salads
Next up, it was time to try the soups and salads.

At Animator’s Palate, you can get Creamy Butternut Squash Soup, Baked Potato and Cheddar Cheese Soup, Arugula Leaves, and Chicken and Walnut Salad.
We ordered the Baked Potato and Cheddar Cheese Soup.

The portion size was big, and the soup was immaculately presented.

After our soup, it was time for the Chicken and Walnut Salad.

We, however, ordered it without the chicken.
As you can see, the salad was aesthetically pleasing.

It was also delicious!
The Main Course
Animator’s Palate offers numerous options for the main course.

These include Penne Bolognese, Grilled Tuna Steak, Lemon-Thyme Marinated All Natural Chicken Breast, Herb-Crusted Pork Chop, and Ginger-Teriyaki Dusted Angus Beef Tenderloin.
Vegetarians can also choose Black Bean Chipotle Cakes and Sesame Halloumi Parcels.
Finally, for diners looking for something a bit lighter, there is Jumbo Shrimp Salad, Grilled Grain-Fed Sirloin Steak, Slow-Roasted Breast of Chicken, and Oven-Baked Fillet of Salmon.

We ordered the Ginger-Teriyaki Dusted Angus Beef Tenderloin.

The dish was amazing!
Dessert
Finally, it was time for dessert!
Animator’s Palate features an extensive dessert menu that includes specialty drinks and “Adventurous After-Tinis!”

Among the beverages are RumChata, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Sambuca, Espresso Martinis, crème brûlée infused with Grey Goose, and coffee.
As for the desserts themselves, the restaurant offers Crunchy Walnut Cake, Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake, Cookies n’ Cream Sundae, and Apple Crumble Rice Pudding.

There is also the signature Lemon Icebox Pie and, for sugar-free diners, a Deconstructed Carrot Cake.
We loved our Apple Crumble Rice Pudding.

The Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake was also delightful!

Between the extensive menu and the immersive atmosphere, Animator’s Palate is an unparalleled dining experience.

So, if you plan on sailing aboard the Disney Fantasy, don’t miss this dining opportunity.
