We just got a look at the FULL menus for the festival, which is very exciting. And now, we know about every single item on this year’s food crawl! Let’s break it down.
Garden Graze Items
The food crawl for EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival is the Garden Graze! It features 9 items that you can find around the festival.

To participate, all you have to do is get any 5 items on the crawl — you can even get repeats! When you get an item, you will get a corresponding stamp in your Festival Passport.
Once you have all 5 stamps, you can take your Festival Passport over to the Pineapple Promenade booth and get a free prize! It’s usually some kind of Dole Whip, and it changes almost every year.

So, let’s see all of the items on this year’s crawl!
First up, over at BRUNCHCOT, you can get the returning plant-based Avocado Toast with marinated tomatoes featuring Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on toasted ciabatta.
