Severe Weather in Hawaii Leads to Disney Wonder Itinerary Change
Guests sailing aboard the Disney Wonder are facing stormy weather as Hawaii continues to be battered by rain and wind.
With severe weather in the forecast, guests aboard the Wonder, which is currently in the midst of a 10-night voyage to Vancouver, have had their itineraries changed.

The itinerary originally included three port calls, beginning with an overnight stop in Nawiliwili on the island of Kauai on February 17 and 18. The ship was then scheduled to visit Kahului, Maui, on February 19, followed by Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii on February 20.

“We have been closely monitoring a weather system that has the potential to impact our planned stop in Nawiliwili, Hawaii. Given the anticipated strong winds and adverse sea conditions, we will not be able to visit Nawiliwili on Tuesday and Wednesday,” the notice said.

“We will instead overnight in Honolulu tonight with an 8:00 a.m. departure on Tuesday morning before spending a day at sea on Wednesday, where conditions are forecasted to be more favorable.”
A Second Change
A later change to the itinerary revealed that the Wonder will call at Hilo on Wednesday, instead of spending the day at sea.

Outside of this adjustment, the Disney Wonder’s voyage will continue as planned.
