The latest example of Disney Cast Members perfecting their craft comes from Disney Auditions, which shared a very interesting video on Instagram.
In the clip, stilt trainer James introduces fans to the Walt Disney World Stilt Team.

Throughout the video, fans are given a behind-the-scenes look at the hard work and dedication that stilt performers put into their craft.
For James, the goal is to “touch every heart.”
Finally, the stilt trainer shared some insight into what makes Disney so special.
