A Magic Kingdom Attraction Will Close for One Day Only Later This Month
One thing you can always count on in Disney World is that things are constantly changing. There is regular construction, closures, new menu items, and so much more.
We try to keep up with everything going on so you can be prepared for your next trip! You’d hate to go all the way to Disney World looking forward to a certain ride just to find out it’s closed, right?
So, there is a new closure we need to tell you about, but don’t worry, it’s a short one!
Journey of The Little Mermaid Closure
Under the Sea – Journey of The Little Mermaid will have a one-day closure on February 11th in Magic Kingdom.
Yep, the ride is not showing hours only for February 11th, so we suspect some very light maintenance will probably be taking place that day.
Disney has not said anything about the closure, but just know that if you’re in Fantasyland on the 11th of this month, you will not be able to get on Journey of The Little Mermaid.

Also, note that there is a LOT of construction going on in Magic Kingdom right now.
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is closed for refurbishment, Tom Sawyer Island is being transformed into a new land, scaffolding is up around Haunted Mansion, Pete’s Silly Sideshow is closed for construction, and Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin is also closed as updates are being made to the ride.
