Walt Disney World fans woke up to a radically different Disney’s Animal Kingdom today, as DinoLand, U.S.A. is now officially closed.
If you’ve been following along here at MickeyBlog, you know that yesterday was a bittersweet day in DinoLand, as thousands of guests flocked to Animal Kingdom to ride DINOSAUR and dine at Restaurantosaurus one last time.

A new chapter in the park’s history is now set to unfold before our eyes.
Meet-and-Greet Changes
While much of the attention was understandably focused on the final ride on DINOSAUR and the last meal served at Restaurantosaurus, the closure of DinoLand has also brought about another major change.

With DinoLand, U.S.A. now closed, several of Disney’s Animal Kingdom meet-and-greets have moved to new locations throughout the park.
For years, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Chip ’n’ Dale greeted guests in DinoLand as part of Donald’s Dino Bash.

Now, those fan-favorite characters have been relocated.
Donald and Daisy
Guests looking to meet Donald and Daisy can now find the beloved duo in the Oasis, near Pluto’s usual greeting spot.

Both characters are wearing their safari outfits and are thrilled to meet guests in their new location.

Needless to say, Donald and Daisy look as adorable as ever!

While we were in the area, we also had to stop and say hello to Pluto.

Pluto can also be found nearby
Goofy
Over in Harambe, in the Africa section of the park, we were able to catch up with Goofy.

As you can see, everyone’s favorite klutz is sporting his bird-watching outfit!
Chip ‘n’ Dale
Finally, Chip ’n’ Dale have found a new home outside of the park.

The mischievous chipmunks are no longer wearing their Dino Bash outfits, but it was still a joy to see them.

Chip ‘n’ Dale can also be found outside the park entrance!
